ELNA Scientific and Production Company, LLC (ELNA) is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of flux-cored wires for welding, hardfacing and spraying.
ELNA has status of official representative and distributor of Hyundai Welding (South Korea) welding materials.
ELNA was established in 1993 by specialists and candidates of technical sciences in the field of hardfacing and powder metallurgy of PatonWelding Institute, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The main activity of the company is the development, production and implementation of flux-cored wires for welding, hardfacing and spraying. It also provides grinding for ferroalloys and minerals on its own facilities.
ELNA has an ISO 9001 quality management system certificate.
"ELNA" has a big range of equipment for the production of flux cored wires from 1.2 mm up to 4.0 mm and total capacity more than 250 tons annually.
Production facility includes:
- The site of laying wire in POPs and winding on metal cassettes K-300;
- The site of for grinding ferroalloys and minerals;
- The site for test welding and surfacing.
The total quantity of wires for surfacing (according to TUU 28.7-21459234-021-2008) and for welding (according to TUU 25.9-21459234-022.2015) is more than 200 items at the present moment.
Quality control is provided for each lot of produced wire and approved by test quality certificate.
