Production of flux-cored wire

LLC "NVF "ELNA" provides services for the production of flux-cored wires for welding (according to TUU 25.9-21459234-022.2015) and surfacing or spraying (according to TUU 28.7-21459234-021-2008), in accordance with the technical task of the customer.

The process takes place by forming a cold-rolled metal strip into a given profile with simultaneous filling of the charge and subsequent drawing of the resulting blank through diamond dies of various diameters.

Range of possible wire diameters: from 1.2 mm to 4.0 mm inclusive.

Construction – tubular Possible types of profile: butt (Fig. 1) or flush (Fig. 2).
