The list of ELNA products

1. Flux cored wires 1.2 mm - 4.0 mm for welding, hardfacing and spraying of:

  • carbon and low-carbon steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys;
  • non-alloyed, low-alloyed steels with a carbon content of С<0.4% and С>0.4%;
  • high-manganese, chrome-nickel and chromium steels.

2. Universal ceramic flux EFA-1 for welding and hardfacing is a basic agglomerated flux for submerged arc welding, cladding and hardfacing with cored wires.

Its main properties:

  • Neutral action on weld metal chemistry
  • Easy slag removal, even in narrow preparations
  • Good surface appearance with excellent wetting at the weld toes

Flux is suitable for:

  • Non-stabilised austenitic stainless steels
  • Martensitic and ferritic stainless steels
  • An exhaustive range of ELNA hardfacing wires
